Executive Officers Form

All RSU groups, whether they are a course union, GSA, student group or an affiliate group, are required to ensure that an Executive Officers list is submitted to the Campus Groups Administrator. New forms are required on a yearly basis or when there are any changes in the Executive Officers. 

Please note that forms can be submitted via email, however an original signed copy is required to confirm the Executive Officers.  Simply fill out the form provided and return it to the Campus Groups Administrator in the RSU's main office, SCC311.
