The Jack Layton Leadership School Workshops

Do you wish to contribute to social justice? Let us help you express and act on it. 

The Jack Layton Leadership School aims to build the leadership capacity of students to affect social change. Join us during Reading Week to engage with justice issues through telling our stories, creative arts, workshops, guided discussions, and community tours. 

Students will receive a certificate of participation. Lunch and snacks will be provided. 

When & Where: 
February 19: 5 - 8 PM, Thomas Lounge, 63 Gould St.
February 20: 9 AM - 5 PM (optional until 8 PM) Oakham Lounge, 63 Gould St.
February 21: 9 AM - 5 PM Thomas Lounge, 63 Gould St.
Register for the School. *Please note that Ryerson students are prioritized in the registration process. If you are not a Ryerson student, please send us an email at laytonchair@ryerson.ca before registering. 
Note: Those who attend the School will be reimbursed the ticket price of $20. If the ticket price is prohibitive, please email us at laytonchair@ryerson.ca and we can waive it for you.
