Tuesday, January 28, 2020: RSU Public Statement 

Today the Ryerson Students’ Union (RSU) filed a statement of claim against Ryerson University with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. This filing follows a statement issued by the University on January 24th declaring that it was terminating its agreement with the RSU and that it is no longer recognizing the RSU as the elected representative of on-campus Ryerson students. The University has additionally withheld funds paid by students and collected by the University on behalf of the RSU to operate student supports and services...
